How long can I keep my inflatable bounce house rental?

Daily rates for inflatable bounce house and water slide rentals can cover a 4 or 8 hour period from 10am to 8pm (or sunset).

Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?

Yes! Delivery and setup for inflatable bounce houses and water slides in the MD, DC and Northern VA area is included in your price. It usually takes about 30 minutes per item to set up.

What is the best surface to set up?

The best surface is a level, clean grassy or hard surface area like a parking lot. You can specify which surface we will set up on and we will provide the proper anchors for your inflatable bounce house or water slide in Maryland and DC. Grounds should not have any exposed large rocks, debris or animal waste in close proximity to the chosen site of the party jumper.

How much space will I need for my inflatable rental?

Dimensions for each inflatable bounce house and water slide are listed on the product page. We recommend at least 5 ft. of extra clearance on all sides for your party jumper. If you want your inflatable rental placed in your Baltimore backyard, you also need to make sure that your gate is at least 3.5 ft. wide to allow enough space to get our equipment through.

What time will you deliver?

After you select and confirm your inflatable rentals on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific time frame within that window. Typically, we drop-off our inflatable rentals at least 30 minutes prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 30 minutes after your requested end time.

Can I pick up my inflatable rental?

No. Our insurance requires that we deliver and set up all bounce house and inflatable water slide rentals for safety reasons.

Do I need to supply power for my inflatable rental?

Yes, power is required for our inflatable rentals and most of our other rental items available in Baltimore. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

Are you insured?

Yes.  We carry the required insurance for employer compliance in the United States.

Can you set up inflatable rentals at parks in Baltimore and other cities?

Yes. Some cities require that you have reservations and permit. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. There is a charge for this, however, and we do need 48 hours notice to accomplish this. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.

How often are inflatable rental units cleaned?

We are committed to providing a safe and clean environment so we sanitize and thoroughly inspect each inflatable rental before every use on site and deep clean each unit on a biweekly basis.

When do I pay for my order?

Full payment for your inflatable rental is due at the time of reservation. For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at least 30 days in advance to make a reservation for your party jumper.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling credit” on your account that is valid for up to 6 months from the original date of your event. Credit will not be issued if we have already dispatched rentals and/or services and we do not allow refunds inside 30 days from your rental date.  If you wish to cancel 30+ Days from your Refund you will be charged a $39 reservation fee.

What is your rain rate insurance policy?

If you wish to purchase rain date insurance, you may pay 25% of your total rental price to book an additional rain date on any future date and we will hold that date in case you need to use it due to inclement weather or an emergency of any kind – no questions asked.  This amount is non-refundable, as we cannot sell it once you hold it.  Remember, any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of rental(s) at the time of notification of postponement; so if you cannot afford the risk losing the date you need, rain date insurance is a great option.
